The Art & Science of Winemaking

Wednesdays, March 22nd - May 3rd

3 PM - 5 PM

Location: Letterpress Studio (Building #44)

$95.00 Tuition

Ages 21 & Up

You will learn about wine including varietal characteristics, tasting and pairing, and wine quality while producing and bottling a five bottle batch of your choice. You will also create your own labels for your bottles with personalized imagery and message using movable type and antique presses. Classes will consist of brief lecture and demonstration followed by hands-on experience in both the making of wine and printing. Students must register for this class by March 8 to allow time for ordering and delivery of materials.
